Le P1000 Oustal Padel Carcassonne is shaping up to be a tough tournament with several teams ready to compete for the title. Among them, one pair seems to stand out from the rest: Quentin Ayuso (25th French) and Ludovic Cancel (27th French), which form the seeded 1. With their ranking and their experience of the French circuit, they appear as among the main favorites.
Challengers ready to play spoilsport
Behind them, several solid teams will try to shake up the hierarchy:
- TS2: Julien Biron (68th) and Alexandre Dizy (74th), accustomed to the last squares of the P1000. Biron hopes to win his first title in p1000.
- TS3: Raphaël Rubio (63rd) and Lucas Pillon (86th), a pair that knows each other well. Rubio will want to offer a first P1000 title to the young Pillon.
- TS4: Hugo Cazaban (108th) and Nicolas Trancart (46th), a promising association. Cazaban had distinguished himself at the P1000 Central Padel Perpignan by reaching the final. He will be accompanied by an experienced player, Nicolas Trancart, who could highlight the talent of Hugo Cazaban.
Other outsiders to watch
Several other teams will be worth following closely:
- TS5: Jean-Noël Insausti (103rd) and Thomas Cazes Carrère (79th), an experienced duo.
- TS6: Téo Larrue (139th) and Benjamin Dufour (70th).
- TS7: Matthieu Escale (119th) and Thierry Malacamp (103rd).
All matches from the quarter-finals onwards will be broadcast live on Padel MagTV.

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
