What a match at P1000 Padel touchWhere Nicolas trancart et Leo Perez (TS6) ended up winning against Simon Wagner et Baptist Moura (TS5). After more than two hours of combat, the 6th seed finally won in three sets: 6/1 6/7(5) 7/6(2).
The match could have ended short for the 5th seed, Wagner / Moura who was trailing 6/1 4/0. At no point did we think that the favourites – on paper – could have come back into this match. However, Simon Wagner and Baptiste Moura (in particular) found their form and, little by little, made up for the delay accumulated, until they went on to win the second set in the tie-break.
Still on cloud nine, Simon Wagner and Baptiste Moura broke up immediately in the third set. However, Nicolas Trancart and Léo Perez did not give up in this match. They made up the break loss and handled the tie-break with authority, eventually winning in the last tie-break, 7 points to 2.
Second title for Perez / Trancart after Narbonne last MayThe duo is full of confidence before the French Championships !
It was her brother who one day told her to accompany him to a padel court, since then, Gwenaëlle has never left the court. Except when it comes to going to watch the retransmission of Padel Magazine, World Padel Tour… or Premier Padel…or the French Championships. In short, she is a fan of this sport.
