Jeremy Garcia and Alexis Coulombeau (TS1) win the title at theOpen Urban Padel P1000, but not without being scared by the tournament outsiders, Eliot Deknuydt and Tom Houzeaux (TS10). The latter almost created sensation, by winning the first round in tie-break (7/6) and finding themselves at a set of the title.

But the experience of the favourites eventually made the difference. Garcia and Coulombeau get back on track in the second set, imposing a more incisive game and putting a constant pressure on their opponents' faceoffs. As a result, they win the second set 6/2 before concluding in three sets (6/4 in the last set), converting 5 breaks on 14 opportunities obtained in the match.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
