The draw of the  last P1500 men's tournament at 4PADEL Orléans-Fleury The tournament, held from August 28th to 30th, produced a particularly strong field. A minor detail in determining the seedings had significant consequences for its overall shape. Filho / Gortzounian, TS2 after a perfect tie

That's where we had to start to understand the painting.  Clément Filho / Charles Gortzounian  et  Quentin Ayuso / Maxime Forcin  had exactly the same weight,  55 , in the tournament hierarchy. An equality confirmed by the list of entrants published online.

The draw between the two teams ultimately determined the status of  TS2 at Filho / Gortzounian , and Ayuso / Forcin inherit the TS3 And that detail changes a lot of things.

With the distribution of the table  1-3 on one side and 2-4 on the other Filho and Gortzounian find themselves in the upper half of the bracket and thus avoid two of the most dangerous pairs in the tournament before the final:  Ayuso / Forcin (TS3)  et  Damien Bayard / Pierre Vincent (TS1) .

The upper part, however, is anything but a walk in the park.

 Filho / Gortzounian (TS2)  could meet again in the quarter-finals  Marc-Édouard Chavey / Roger Arumi-Siquier (TS8) . In the other quarter,  Morgan Mannarino / Norman Sanchez (TS4)  might cross paths  Julien Motz / Jules Marie (TS5) .

A lower section that promises damage

For the others, good luck.

The lower half, in fact, concentrates  Bayard / Vincent ,  Ayuso / Forcin , but also the  Paul Dornberger / Mathis Dupont Brimbeuf (TS7)  et  Paul Forichon / Ludovic Cancel (TS6) .

And there are two people who probably smiled less after discovering the draw:  Dornberger / Dupont Brimbeuf Happy to have obtained seeded status, they find themselves in the quarter-finals  Bayard / Vincent If they want to reach the semi-finals, a huge battle could therefore await them against the  TS1 .

On the other side of this half of the picture,  Ayuso / Forcin  could find  Forichon / Cancel  in the quarterfinals. In other words, TS6 is in a real mess and will have to pull out all the stops to hope to play on Sunday.

The round of 16 already looks like it will be big matches.

The tournament's density is mainly measured by the number of names forced to start right from the start.  round of 16 .  Gautier Boutel / Yannouk Henrion ,  Elio Sarrat / Guilhem Perez Le Tiec  or,  Lucas Potel / Étienne Natan  will have to go through this first round before hoping to challenge a seeded player.

Boutel/Henrion could thus join Filho/Gortzounian in the round of 16, while Sarrat/Perez Le Tiec stand in the way of Chavey/Arumi. Potel/Natan, for their part, could face Mannarino/Sanchez. The official schedule calls for the round of 32 on Saturday starting  9h , then the eighths from  11h and 12h30 , before the afternoon shifts.
