The French Tennis Federation to set up the regulations for P2000 tournaments and CIRCUIT FFT PADEL TOUR, the elite circuit of the FFT. The specifications are as follows:

1) DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION

at. For each stage, it is fixed to the Monday preceding the week of the tournament, that is to say 12 days before the Friday of the qualifications

Example, for a stage played on Friday 20, Saturday 21 and Sunday 22, the registration deadline is Monday of the previous week, that is Monday 9 at midnight.

b. After the registration deadline: no new player can register.

2) SELECTION OF TEAMS ACCORDING TO THE RANKING

(be careful, if a classification PADEL FFT is published on the same day as the registration deadline, this new classification will be taken into account)

GENTLEMEN:

20 teams selected in the Final Table (TF)

16 * teams compete for qualifications:

4 hens from 4 teams

Each team 1st hen integrates the Final Table

* NB: the Tournament Committee may decide to offer 2 Wild-Cards at the Welcome Club. In this case, the Host Club will have to organize a "Pre-Qualifications" tournament which will enable it to qualify 2 teams for Friday's Qualifications. The number of teams directly admitted to qualifying will then be 34.

Principle: 2 WCs are available at the Host Club:

If a maximum of 34 teams are registered directly in qualifying or in the TF, and in the case of a WO occurring before the hens are broadcast, a 3nd WC will then be offered to the Club, and a 3nd team from the Pre-Qualifications tournament will then integrate the Friday qualifications (the 21st registered team directly integrating the TF)

If more than 34 teams are registered directly in qualifications or in the TF, and in the case of a WO occurring before the hens are broadcast, we will then take the 35nd team registered on the list, the Club retaining its 2 initial WCs.

The “Pre-Qualifications” tournament must not distribute prize money or prizes.

DAMES:

14 teams selected from the Final Table

8 * teams compete for qualifications:

2 hens from 4 teams

Each team 1st hen integrates the Final Table

NB: the Tournament Committee may decide to offer 2 Wild-Cards at the Welcome Club (see paragraph 'Gentlemen' above)

3) MANAGEMENT OF WO

WO of a team before the distribution of the hens set for Wednesday at 18 p.m. (just under 48 hours before the start of the Competition)

o The Referee integrates the 1st team in waiting list in pools (or a 3nd pre-qualification team)

o Integrate 1st team planned in qualification, in the Final Table

o Establish the hens for broadcast on Wednesday at 18 p.m.

WO of a team after the distribution of the hens (Wednesday 18 p.m.) and before the draw for the Final Table (Friday evening around 19 p.m.):

WO of a team appearing in the pools:

No impact on teams directly qualified for the Final Table

The Referee integrates the 1st team on the waiting list in place of the failing team (or a 3nd team from the pre-qualifications), and so on depending on the availability of the replacement teams, so as to complete the pools

o WO of a team appearing in the Final Table:

As the Final Table has not been broadcast, the TS are reordered taking into account this WO

The Referee will propose to the team the best second of the pools of qualifications (points / difference in sets / difference in games) to integrate the Final Table in 1/16nd final as “LL” (Lucky Loser). The team that was 17nd in the list then goes to 16nd position and go directly to the 1/8 finals)

(and so on if we have more than one WO under these same conditions)

WO of a team after the distribution of the Table (Friday around 19 p.m.):

o Once the Final Draw is published, no team replacement is allowed - the team will be declared WO in the Draw.

NB: in the case of WO of two players of two different pairs, the two remaining players can, if they wish, reconstitute a team, starting from the principle that:

  • These two players were well registered on the lists by the registration deadline,
  • The management of WO is strictly identical to the rules described above.

4) ESTABLISHMENT OF HENS AND TABLES

(be careful if a classification PADEL is published after the registration deadline, this new Ranking will be taken into account for the determination of the Top Seeds and the scheduling of the teams)

CONSULTATION OF HEN:

The hens are made up taking into account the classification of each team, and applying the "serpentine" technique, for example for 4 hens of 4 (same principle for 2 hens of 4 for

the ladies) :
Poule APoule BHen CHen D
21222324
28272625
29303132
36353433

As a reminder, all group matches are played in the format: 2 sets with 6 games, super decisive game with 10 points at 3nd set.

If the number of courts allows, classification matches will be organized
