After a Saturday punctuated by qualifying where logic was respected, the men's table was shaken Sunday by many surprises; while in Women, the favorite pair held its place. Despite the strong heat, the TCP Reichstett organizing team offered the participants a beautiful weekend of padel with optimal reception conditions!

Honor to the ladies, where the tournament will have brought together 6 teams with 2 pools on the program on Saturday before the final draw on Sunday. As you might expect, the pairs Nathalie Alidor / Uta Bardenhorst et  Sandra Cronimus / Carmela Lechner found themselves in the final, with a victory for Alidor / Bardenhorst, their first tournament success together.

A massacre! Here is perhaps the word which would best illustrate the result of the quarter-finals of the men's tournament, where the 1 seeds all passed through the entrance hatch Sunday morning. We thus found in the semi-final 4 qualified teams on Saturday: Christophe Henry / Alexandre Seyller, Enzo Gongora / Arnaud Perozeni, Romain Glantzmann / Jordan Ruivo et Brice Ludwig / Guillaume Marescaux.

After tight semi-finals, it was finally Glantzmann / Ruivo and Ludwig / Marescaux who climbed to the final, to offer spectators a last round where Romain Glantzmann and Jordan Ruivo took the upper hand in 2 sets : 6/4 6/1. Henry / Seyller also took 3rd place at the same time.

The sequel to TCP Reichstett? A P250 on September 12/13, the creation of a 3rd site and the coverage of the 2 existing sites from October; of beautiful projects led by President Gilles Feist and his team, in order to continue the development of the club!

Even though he discovered the padel about ten years ago in Italy, Vincent only devoted himself to it after too many “firsts” in tennis tournaments. Not much better at bandeja, he was retrained as referee, the only way to still be present at the time of the final! A lover of sport in general, this Norman expatriate in Alsace will try to make you live the news of the Padel in the “Great East”.
