24 teams met this weekend at Padel & Foot Bischheim to try to win the last title of September. With great matches played, it was finally Christophe Henry and Léonard Parent who won on Sunday evening!

As we knew, this tournament promised to be very dense in terms of level of play with teams quite close both in qualifying and in the final table. A sign of this is that the “padel East ”is doing well and we will soon hear about some players in the next national tournaments.

Braving the chance of the draw and the quarter-finals, we found in the semi-final the 1 pairs expected at the opening of the tournament: Jonathan Gomez (n ° 251) / Gaetan Schloesslin (n ° 296), Christophe Henry (n ° 74) / Leonard Parent (n ° 763), Yanis Muesser (n ° 294) / Alexandre Seyller (n ° 870) et Romain Glantzmann (n ° 2243) / Jordan Ruivo (n ° 751).

The spectators present this Sunday afternoon, had the right to 2 very beautiful semi-finals, contested until the end of the 3rd set with only a break to decide between the teams each time. Gomez / Schloesslin taking the best of Muesser / Seyller while Henry / Parent imposed their law on Glantzmann / Ruivo.

In a final duel where the 4 players had the stake in addition to winning the tournament, to win their 1st tournament of the year; it is finally in 2 tight sets 7/6 6/3 that Henry / Parent won, even as their opponent served for the 1st set.

P&F side, we do not waste time and we continue next weekend with a P100 Open, with why not the objective of making more than the 24 registrations of this weekend!

Even though he discovered the padel about ten years ago in Italy, Vincent only devoted himself to it after too many “firsts” in tennis tournaments. Not much better at bandeja, he was retrained as referee, the only way to still be present at the time of the final! A lover of sport in general, this Norman expatriate in Alsace will try to make you live the news of the Padel in the “Great East”.
