After another defeat for  the French men's team  in this World Cup, this time against the  Brazil , captain Pablo Ayma returned to this opposition before facing the  Chili  at 9:30 a.m. for the last match of this championship.

“Yesterday was a shame because the line-up we were hoping for against Brazil was confirmed. But it wasn't enough to  the France team .

In the first match,  Thomas and Timéo  lost to the best Brazilian pair. The beginning was difficult, Timéo could not find his best shot, the smash. Later, the sensations improved, but it was already too late.

For the second match,  Bastien and Johan  played well, solid, and brought us the  second point .

In the third match,  Dylan and Manu  (who also showed a good level of play throughout the tournament) won the first set. Then, Dylan, perhaps due to fatigue, slightly dropped in intensity compared to the first set. The Brazilians freed themselves, played very well and beat us in the  third set . "

This final match of the tournament is obviously not what France was hoping for after a good start. However,  The french team  can still finish well by facing Chile to try to secure a  7th place  in this World Cup in Qatar.
