Located near Rouen,  Padel Arena  establishes itself as a benchmark sports complex in  Normandy . By  6 padel courts  (Including  1 outdoor solo track ),  3 badminton courts  et  3 squash courts , the club is today recognized as  the region's must-see multi-snowshoe complex .

The warm and friendly atmosphere that reigns within the club is reinforced by a  catering area  and  sports bar , which make Padel Arena is much more than just a place to practice sports: a real  place of life  for enthusiasts.

 A position to be filled from September 2025 

To support its development,  Padel Arena is recruiting a padel coach  from the  September 2025 return to school , in addition to the current teaching team, already composed of  Loïc and Nathan .

 Job duties 

The recruited coach will have the following main missions:
• Animate  group and individual lessons  for all levels (beginners to advanced)
• Frame the children's padel school 
• Promote discipline through  initiations ,  open doors , and  discovery days 
• Organize  internal tournaments  and  one-off events  (internships, competitions, friendly meetings)
• Participate in the general club entertainment  in a friendly spirit
• Advise practitioners on the  choice of material  and good practices

 Required profile 

•  Holder of the TFP  or  apprenticeship contract  (September 2025 class)
• Educational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead sessions adapted to all audiences
• Sense of communication and group management
