The famous Lille club, Padel Attitude, closes its doors permanently. Lesquin's club had been one of the pioneers to embark on the padel. In 2014, the padel was only at the beginning of a wave that was going to gain momentum.

But a real estate project, COVID and the uncertain context led to the inevitable: the closure of the Lesquin club.

Thibaut Nollet, the director founder of the club explains it in this post:

padel confinement attitudeDear Padelists, dear friends,

In 2014, the center Padel Attitude opened its doors to Lesquin to launch a new sport in France, the Padel.

We can be proud, for 7 years, to have initiated and accompanied this magnificent movement.

After a very complicated and trying year linked to covid, the fields have been filling up again for 1 week. But this resumption is temporary, because we will definitively close our doors in Lesquin on June 30.

We leave room for a real estate project. This decision, in view of the growth of Padel, our dynamic and the magnificent clientele of our center, was not easy to take, but it is an accepted economic choice, in an uncertain context.

We want to retain this fantastic community of players, the great tournaments and events, the memorable evenings together remaking the matches at the bar and the smiles of all those who are passionate about this sport which continues to grow.

Padel Attitude stops for the moment, but we hope that the players will continue to exercise their passion with the same intensity.

Please note that we are setting up a refund procedure for customers with a subscription or a card who cannot use it before closing. You can send your request now to contact @padel-attitude.com.

The whole team thanks you for all these unforgettable moments and hopes to see you soon on current or future sites in the region!

We remember our first videos at Padel Attitude. We grew up with this club, with its managers and players. So inevitably, there is a lot of sadness to see a heart club, a family member say goodbye to us.

Good luck to the whole team!

We will soon come back to the history of this club with an interview with Thibaut Nollet, one of the founders of the center.
