The fact that recommends the FFT for competitions padel from September 2020, and in particular for P2000s forming part of the FFT's Recovery and Support Plan?

I - CONTEXT:

The health crisis imposed on the practice of sport for several months adjustments which, by dint of fruitful collaboration between the government authorities and the French Tennis Federation, were gradually relaxed for the Padel since June 2, 2020.
Today, the practice of Padel is possible anywhere in France, in the open air as well as on semi-covered and covered areas, without restriction (with the exception of areas in a state of health emergency - Guyana and Mayotte - where the Padel cannot be practiced on covered grounds).

However, because of the persistence and the recrudescence of the virus, we must adapt our behavior to, from now on, “live” our sport “with the virus”.

Two requirements are imposed on us:

1- Mandatory compliance with barrier gestures in all places and in all circumstances:
- Wearing a mask compulsory for over 11s indoors / outdoors, except during sporting activity;
- Distance of 1 meter between two people;
- Regular hand washing with soap or hydro-alcoholic gel;
- Nose / mouth protection in case of cough / sneeze, if possible with the crook of the elbow;
- Use of disposable handkerchiefs;
- Avoid touching your face, especially your eyes, nose and mouth.

2- The limitation of collective life situations:
The culture of Padel is characterized in particular by its user-friendliness and by the numerous interactions which result from it. The pandemic that has raged since the start of the year, however, forces us to temporarily modify our relational behavior. Thus, if the "sporting" practice of Padel was able to resume normally, the conviviality which is attached to this sport off the field must now be subject to limitations. We strongly urge you to limit your presence in clubs as much as possible. Padel to the strict practice of your activity and to proscribe situations of great physical proximity (braces, handshakes, hugs, "checks" ...).
On this basis, this document presents the FFT's recommendations concerning the resumption of competition within clubs or structures authorized to Padel.

II - PRINCIPLES OF IMPLEMENTATION:

The FFT continues to reiterate its priority concern for the protection of its audiences and the fight against the spread of the virus. It therefore always calls for the vigilance, sense of responsibility and civility of managers, non-managerial volunteers, professional teachers, referees and all practitioners of affiliated clubs or structures authorized to continue the implementation. place the following recommendations:

A - General conditions for organizing venues and competitions:

Clubs and authorized structures of Padel hosting competitions:
. Designate a COVID-19 referent responsible for ensuring proper compliance with health rules and the tournament organization protocol. This can be the same person as the one already designated by the club;
. Post in the club or the authorized structure (or on the site of the tournament) the health rules, the barrier gestures (posters of the FFT, according to the same modalities as those registered in the protocol of exit of confinement for the clubs);
. Continue to ensure daily cleaning of their facilities and ensure regular disinfection of contact points;
. Maintain the availability of sanitary protection products: hydro-alcoholic gel at the entrance to the club, detergent-disinfectant product, disposable paper and trash can on the grounds;

Maintain the recommendation to favor the reservation of the grounds online or by telephone.
. Can use collective or individual changing rooms in strict compliance with the following health rules: definition of an attendance gauge, use of the mask (with the exception of showers), distance of one meter, time-stamped and nominative list of users, ventilation and regular cleaning / disinfection. (recommendations of the High Council of Public Health [HCSP] of August 3, 2020);
. Ensure that traffic flows are organized so that they follow the rules
of distancing;
. Recommend to the Referee to plan a lighter program per court in order to leave a necessary time between each match to be able to disinfect the benches, the posts and the web of the net, and prevent the players from crossing each other between two matches;
. Ask the players:
 arrive at the club or at the authorized structure at most 30 minutes before the time of the first convocation;
 not to linger at the club or in the authorized structure after the end of their last match.

This measure may, at the discretion of the organizer, be implemented if he decides that it is complementary and that he has the means to implement it under satisfactory conditions.
- Ball protocol:
No differentiated bullet protocol. However, outdoor play should be interrupted in the event of light rain or drizzle, even if playing conditions are possible, in order to avoid playing with wet balls. In territories in a state of health emergency (Guyana, Mayotte) the protocol for contact with bullets, valid for Phase 2, remains in force.
