You have either private lessons or group lessons. Clubs sometimes offer parties that mix courses and confrontations against other players. Get closer to your club to direct you. Sometimes, club offers are built with a specific need of a group of players. So do not hesitate to ask.

For players new to or just starting out in the padel, we strongly recommend taking some private lessons to get the basics right. Indeed, we see very many players getting enough at the start of their game. Then some time later, more progress, frustration, because you have to deprogram yourself and start again from 0 with a healthier base to move forward.

Internships padel

We offer internships all year round padel in clubs padel in France, but also by organizations in France or Spain. In general, it is about eating padel for a few days. We are rather on the intensive or at least on several hours of padel per day with at the end of the course, matches and even tournaments of padel to conclude the internship padel.

Give your level well and be as objective as possible with your interlocutors. Because by underestimating yourself, you can in groups that do not pull you up. But you also have the opposite: Players who overestimate themselves and who can break the dynamics of a group.

Going to a group to do an internship is sometimes the simplest and most fun.
