The 18 leagues can organize each year a championship of padel, in ladies' and men's doubles, qualifier for the French championship. This qualifying league championship may possibly include departmental phases. They must respect the same registration procedures and the same game format as those for the French championship.

at. The championships of France are open:

- league champions,
- 10 additional places are awarded to the best registered league teams, on the form provided by the Competition Department, and having the best team weight.

b. Package of a league champion team:

- before the lists are broadcast: the second team entered by the league is automatically qualified.
- after the distribution of the lists:
- if the league already has a team engaged in the championship, the first team on the waiting list will be integrated into the championship;
- if the league has no more team involved in the championship, the first team of the league on the waiting list will be retrieved;
- no replacement will be made 24 hours before the start of the event.

c. Package of a team among the teams on the waiting list:

- before the distribution of the lists: the league has the possibility of replacing the team;
- after the distribution of the lists: the first team on the waiting list will be retrieved;
- no replacement will be made 24 hours before the start of the event.

d. Package of one of the two players of a qualified team:

- before the lists are broadcast: the league has the possibility of replacing the defaulting player among the participants in the regional championship;
- after the circulation of the lists and at the latest 24 hours before the draw:
- the league decides to replace the defaulting player by a player who has participated in the regional championship;
- the league decides to replace the defaulting player with one of the players in the teams on the waiting list;
- the league decides to declare the WO team;
- no replacement will be accepted 24 hours before the start of the event.
