With more than 2300 hours of teacher training since 2015, Cédric Carité is the first to have received the new “Qualiopi” quality certification, yet scheduled for 1^er January 2022.

Padel Tennis Academy : Qualiopi certification

For Qualiopi, I was able to take advantage of the 1^er containment to implement all this new quality process and thus continue to improve PTA interventions.

The training offer was split into progressive modules with a first turnkey method of teaching the padel.

It was a lot of conceptualization work to meet the requirements of the quality audit that was scheduled for last September.

The Qualiopi and Datadock reform

After Datadock in 2017, Qualiopi follows on from the French state's desire to ensure that the funds allocated to vocational training will be used in quality training.

The "Method C padel ": A unique method

PTA is the benchmark for teacher training with a unique teaching method.

The "Method C padel », Is organized into training modules that meet the needs:

- Support for club projects
- From the animation of the discovery of padel for new practitioners
- The organization of the teaching of padel for kids
- From the initiation of a new practitioner
- The specialization of a competitive player
- From the professionalization of a player to the WPT

The consequences of this training

First in terms of image: once again being the first in France proves the high quality and professionalism of Padel Tennis Academy.

Then, at the administrative level: clubs and trainees can be financially assisted (all or part according to their status) by public funders and mutual funds for employees. The clubs therefore do not have to touch their cash flow to have their employees trained by a reference organization, and for the next 4 years, it is important to have visibility and monitoring of projects.

The quality of PTA training has always been praised but the areas for improvement always led to more days of training and teaching time. So I created modules with independent themes, some of which are purely educational.
