" At the house of Padel"For Shot, a club has never just been a court. It's a place where people come together, where they move together, where they relive the match once the fun is over. Padel is about intensity, challenge, adrenaline, but above all, it's the pleasure of seeing friends and meeting new people. With Motiō, we're extending this idea: a place where you come to recharge and feel good, both physically and mentally," he says. Jérôme Doligé, President of PadelShot .
Behind this launch lies a simple conviction: when faced with a sedentary lifestyle, the best remedy remains a place where people want to return. A place where movement becomes a regular meeting place—one that fosters encounters with friends, one that rekindles the desire for physical activity in those who had drifted away from it.
That's what PadelShot has always cultivated on its courts, and that Motiō It enriches the experience with a new way of getting moving.
Padel and Pilates, two complementary practices
Because the link between the two practices is real. Deep core strengthening, hip and shoulder mobility, controlled breathing — everything that Pilates works on is directly found on the court, in the explosiveness of a point as well as in the recovery that follows.
Where padel releases energy, Pilates channels it: two facets of the same movement, both equally demanding.
It is this complementarity that drove us to create Motiō (“movement”, in Latin) : a new offer of Pilates Reformer and Mat Pilates exclusively in clubs PadelShot, which is being released this month.
We're starting in September in our clubs Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and Saint-Étienne and very quickly in other clubs in the network, starting with Clermont-Ferrand .
To make the club a true living space
This launch also responds to a concrete ambition: to make the club a real place to live, open to the greatest number of people.
With Motiō, we are expanding what the club offers without ever taking anything away from it: padel players curious to try Pilates, but also new people. Men and women, young and old, experienced athletes and beginners cross paths there — and it is precisely in this mix, these people who would not meet elsewhere, that the spirit of a club where you feel good is born.
Motiō. Pilates that reveals you.
