Managers and Deputy Managers are on permanent contract, 39 hours full time, they:

  1. Liven up the club with spirit PadelShot with friendliness, respect and simplicity
  2. Administratively manage the club with seriousness and rigor
  3. Organize and plan the work of their team with conviction and humanity
  4. Develop club activity with dynamism and enthusiasm

The team members and teammates juniors can work full-time or part-time, they can be professionals and students, they :

  1. Welcome customers always in a good mood
  2. Provide restaurant and bar service like professionals
  3. Maintain the club as if it was their home
  4. Supporting managers in the development of club activities (sporting activities, tournaments, events, communication, etc.) with a view to becoming future eaters
