The club network  PadelShot , recognized for its expertise in the management of quality padel centers, continues its development with the opening of a new complex in  Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (SQY) To support this launch, the brand is looking for a  passionate manager  and hired to pilot this new project.

A strategic role for the development of PadelShot SQY

The future  center manager PadelShot of SQY  will be responsible for overseeing all club operations. Leading a dynamic team, he or she will ensure the smooth daily running of the structure, coordinate sporting events and actively participate in promoting the  paddle  to the general public.

Among the main responsibilities:

  • Guaranteed the  operational management  of the Center
  •  Supervise and train staff 
  • Organize and coordinate  events, entertainment and tournaments 
  • Implement  communication and loyalty strategies 
  • Guarantee a  excellent customer experience 
  • Manage the  budgets and resources  of the Center

Required profile

PadelShot is looking for a candidate:

  • Justifying a  solid experience  in the management of sports or leisure centers
  • Able to lead a team with  leadership and kindness 
  • Organized, autonomous, with  good interpersonal skills 
  • Led by a  real passion for sport , and the  padel in particular 
  • Able to take  initiatives  and to be creative
