A strategic role for the development of PadelShot SQY
The future center manager PadelShot of SQY will be responsible for overseeing all club operations. Leading a dynamic team, he or she will ensure the smooth daily running of the structure, coordinate sporting events and actively participate in promoting the paddle to the general public.
Among the main responsibilities:
- Guaranteed the operational management of the Center
- Supervise and train staff
- Organize and coordinate events, entertainment and tournaments
- Implement communication and loyalty strategies

- Manage the budgets and resources of the Center
Required profile
