As part of its development in France, PadelShot announces the upcoming opening of two new clubs at Mans and Lille – Hellemmes planned for 2026. To mark this occasion, the company is launching a recruitment campaign for Padel coaches (M/F) to support the implementation of these structures.
Created in 2021 by Jérôme Doligé and supported since 2023 by the Nouvel Atlas Fund (Lemarchand family – Nature & Découvertes), PadelShot plans to count 14 clubs by the end of 2026 .
Two new sites are in preparation
PadelShot Le Mans
Route de Bonnétable – 72000 Le Mans
The future complex will extend over 2 900 m² and will include:
- 7 double padel courts
- 1 single track
- a seminar room
- a bar / clubhouse
- a dining area
- a multi-activity zone
PadelShot Lille – Hellemmes
9005 Chemin Napoléon – 59260 Lille-Hellemmes
The site will develop 3 600 m² with:
- 8 double padel courts
- a seminar room
- a bar-restaurant
- a multi-activity zone
These two projects aim to structure the local offering around the practice of padel, by combining teaching, sports activities and hosting events.
Required profile
PadelShot is looking for teachers:
- holders of a padel teaching diploma
- invested in pedagogy and transmission
- autonomous and organized
- possessing good interpersonal skills
- having initial experience in sports coaching
Knowledge of the padel ecosystem and experience in developing an academy are an asset.
Proposed conditions
- Contract type: depending on profile (permanent contract, fixed-term contract or independent contractor)
- Location: Le Mans and Lille – Hellemmes
- Start date: as soon as possible
