No surprises in the  men's quarter-finals  Paris Major: the top four seeds held their own and will compete this Saturday for a place in the final on the Roland-Garros courts.

Tapia and Coello solid against the Javis

In opening,  Agustín Tapia and Arturo Coello  enforced the hierarchy. Opposed to  Javi Barahona and Javi García , the number 1s first saw their opponents come back after an initial break, but they were able to tighten up the game to pocket the first set 7/5. Afterwards, a sequence of five games allowed them to wrap up the affair 7/5 6/1. Direction the semi-finals for the golden boys.

Lebrón and Stupa without pity

Juan Lebrón and Franco Stupaczuk  did not hang around on the court against  Fran Guerrero and Javi Leal In less than fifty minutes, they wrapped up the match 6-1 6-1, delivering a lesson to a pair that has once again been stopped in the quarter-finals, for the third time in a row. They will challenge… Tapia and Coello on Saturday, in a highly anticipated clash.

Yanguas and Nieto secure their place

At the end of the day,  Mike Yanguas and Coki Nieto  have dominated  Gonzalo Rubio and Javi Ruiz  6/0 6/4. Masters of the game from the start, they confirmed their consistency and offered themselves a prestigious semi-final against Galán and Chingotto.

Galán and Chingotto qualified without playing

No. 2,  Ale Galán and Fede Chingotto , did not even have to enter the field. Their match against  Jairo Bautista and Edu Alonso  was canceled after Bautista withdrew, reduced by injury since Madrid. An enforced break that could well turn into an advantage, they are fresh for the last four.

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
