There will be no  second consecutive title  to  Carla Touly / Camila Fassio Goyeneche , beaten soundly 6/1 6/1 in Portugal. The  FIP Bronze Vilamoura  seemed ideal to continue the good dynamic of the  FIP Bronze Island Padel Jersey .

Seeded number 1, Touly and Fassio had not conceded a single set before this final and had dominated the number 3 seed in the semi-final.  Garcia / Arellano  in two short sets. In the final, against  Natividad Lopez Diaz / Lucia Garcia Trella , the Franco-Spanish pair seemed logically in a strong position to secure a second consecutive victory in a Bronze FIP.

Especially since the Spanish pair had experienced some difficulties earlier in the tournament, notably in the quarter-finals where they came close to elimination.

A match to forget for Touly and Fassio, but which should not overshadow a tournament overall  very encouraging for the future .
