The project is launched and it should quickly see the light of day! Guillaume Gilet, Steve Darcis, Maxime Diedericks et Jerome Peeters join forces to build one of the most beautiful clubs in Belgium.

Beautiful people for the padel

This club would be the result of the association of four important Belgian personalities:

Guillaume Gilet: the 36-year-old footballer from Liège is passionate about padel. Currently evolving under the colors of Sporting de Charleroi, the Belgian international wants to invest in the padel.

Steve Darcis : the tennis player still active in tennis is also preparing for his post-career. Formerly classified at the 38th place in ATP, the Belgian player is an ambassador of choice for the padel.

Jérôme Peeters: he could not fail in the project. The n ° 1 of padel Belgian will be an important part of the project.

An ambitious project

"This is one of rising sports in Belgium and neighboring countries. We saw the big picture but I think it is necessary. The demand is enormous and it will perhaps increase tenfold after containment.", Express Guillaume Gilet.

"Le padel appeals to tennis players but not only. We progress and we have fun right away. It's also less physical. There is a lot of advantages.“, Continues Steve Darcis.

The plans are to build 4 outdoor courts, and 5 indoor courts, accompanied in particular by a restaurant and meeting rooms.

Planet Padel will therefore be the reference club in the south of the country. A few kilometers from Cork et Namur, and on a crossing point to go to Brussels, “This is an optimal place”, according to Steve Darcis.

“We really want to do something and something beautiful, organize professional competitions. " The partners are therefore full of ambitions to grow the padel.

Belgium is therefore continuing its development with many emerging clubs.
