About the job

We are looking for a Sales Manager, based in France to join our sales team. Under the direct responsibility of our Regional Manager BENELUX & FRANCE, your role consists of seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients. You use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until the finalization of the contract.

You also provide after-sales service.

Main missions :

  • Reach out to potential customers through cold calls and emails
  • Introduce the company to potential clients
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products / services
  • Build long-term relationships of trust with customers
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Organize meetings or calls between (potential) clients and account managers.
  • Work closely with the product team to get feedback from customers
  • Report sales results (weekly reporting) to the Regional Manager.

Our ideal candidate

  • Significant professional experience as a business development manager, sales manager or similar position
  • Practical experience of several sales techniques
  • Experience in achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • English bilingual
  • University degree in marketing, business management or similar field
