La My Center Academy is a teaching structure dedicated to padel, focused on excellence and player progression. It trains 12 young talents, including members of the French junior team and the best U14 and U16 players. The academy is also aimed at adult players ranked in the national top 20, thus confirming the quality of his training.

Main missions

  • Training : Design sessions tailored to players’ levels and needs, with an emphasis on technical and tactical skills.
  • Tactical preparation : Develop personalized strategies and prepare players for competitions.
  • Physical monitoring : Collaborate with physical trainers to integrate preparation, injury prevention and recovery programs.
  • Evaluation and monitoring : Carry out regular individual assessments and adjust training according to progress.
  • Participation in competitions : Accompany players during local, national and international tournaments to supervise and coach them.

Required profile

  • State diplomas : Padel coaching diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience : Meaningful teaching, ideally with high-level players.
  • Interpersonal skills : Ability to establish a good relationship with young people and to collaborate with other sports professionals.
