The beginning  FIP Silver Caen qualifications , contested this Tuesday at  PadelShot Mondeville , overall  smiled at the French pairs On all four tracks, the French athletes delivered, with some excellent performances.

The meetings began as soon as  10 hrs , in an already lively atmosphere, with a clear objective: to move closer to a place in  final table .

Encouraging results from the first round

Track 1 – Baker

  •  Paul Lefevre / Mehdi Chouchaoui  qualified by  WO  facing Tropin / Sciuca
  •  Mathieu Paumard / Marc Durieux  dominate  Jordan Fernandes / Adrien Hebuterne  with a score of 6-0 6-0

Runway 2 – Areas

  •  The surprise of the day… even if it’s hardly a surprise anymore.  Check  Alban Mounier, alias “Albano Padel" Developing at this level is starting to become a habit. With  Jimmy Devaux He knocks down two Spaniards,  Asencio Ambrona / Esteve Medina , on the score of  6 / 3 6 / 2 at the end of a perfectly controlled match. A very "Spanish-style" padel game: clean, polished, intelligent, and above all, a clear domination throughout the entire match. Result:  already 3 FIP points  in my pocket, and a  decisive match this afternoon at 14pm  face  Chouchaoui / Lefevre  to try and secure a place in the main draw.
  •  Jules Marie / Clément Filho  unfold in front of  Potel / Bernard , clear victory  6 / 2 6 / 0 With solid, clean, and highly controlled padel, Jules Marie continues his excellent momentum from last week's P2000 tournament.

Track 3 – Cupra

  •  Thibault De Galbert / Cyril Durban  the Belgians dominate  Valentin / Bazin  6 / 3 6 / 1
  •  Pablo Chacon Diaz / Rafael Marquet (TS1)  confirm their status against the Willem brothers,  6 / 0 6 / 3 

Track 4 – Logikinov

  •  Tristan Piombo / Arthaud Dumoulin  very solid against  Casseron / Gruszka , victory  6 / 0 6 / 2 
  •  Victor Choppe / Armand d'Harcourt  are imposed against  Teboul / Gabeur  7/5 6/4 after a close match

On to the second round: a ticket to the main draw is at stake.

The afternoon marks the entry into the  decisive round  :  A victory = qualification for the main draw .
