Le  P1000 PadelShot Overstims Rennes-Chantepie  The tournament promises to be particularly open with a dense and evenly matched field. Several pairs arrive with confidence, while others will try to cause an upset in a tournament where each round could hold its share of traps.

Forcin / Marie in announced bosses

La  Top seed Maxime Forcin / Jules Marie Forcin,  13th ranked French player and highest-ranked player on the board , forms with Marie a pair that has already proven its worth by winning a P1000 together in Caen at the end of last season.
Despite a recent early elimination at Le Mans, their potential places them among the favorites for the weekend.

Filho / Couturier: the current dynamic

La  TS2 Clément Filho / Tom Couturier  will be one of the most followed pairs.
The couturier emerges from a  P1500 of very high quality  with a notable victory against Bayard/Vincent, while Filho remains on a  solid semi-final  at the same tournament.
A pair brimming with confidence, who are aiming for the title.

 Dufour/Ledrat, dangerous on all fronts

La  TS3 Benjamin Dufour / Guillaume Ledrat  followed by the FIP Silver Espoo qualifiers before this P1000.
A cohesive duo, capable of going all the way.

Verdier / Roux, solidity lying in wait

En  TS4 Thibault Verdier and Robin Roux represent a very balanced, solid team capable of upsetting the favorites.

Outsiders ready to shake up the hierarchy

Behind the top four seeds, several teams will have a real chance:

  •  Benjamin Grue / Kevin Guguin  (TS5)
  •  Sami Iznasni / Yannick Henrion  (TS6)
  •  Alexis Arrette Hourquet / Théo Larrue  (TS7)
  •  Cyril Durban / Mehdi Chouchaoui  (TS8)

Note the presence of  Benjamin Grue, former French top 10 who could well be one of the strongest players in the tournament if he quickly finds his rhythm.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
