After the WPT Granada, there were some interesting moves in the ranking, both male and female.

And there are only three tests to find the list of pairs ranked for the Final Master, starting with the WPT Bilbao. So the stakes are very important for all the pairs that are not yet qualified.

Male ranking:

  • Maxi Sanchez continues at the top of the standings with a total of 13 150 points. Follow-up of his friend Sanyo Gutiérrez with 12 135 points.
  • Franco Stupaczuck and Cristian Gutiérrez, recent winner of a WPT event, win two places in the standings, and arrive at 8eplace with a total of 5 400 points.
  • The fight to qualify for the Master Final is more relevant than ever. The last two places are subject to strong desires, places occupied by Javi Ruiz and Uri Botello with 3 240 points. Luciano Capra and Ramiro Moyano, recent finalists of the WPT Challenger in Paris, continue with 2 925 points and 2 640 points respectively. With this great performance in Paris, their counter will be raised, although it will not be enough to beat the Spanish pair in front of them.
  • Borja Yribarren and Raul Marcos needed a big jump with 7 places gained.

Female Ranking:

  • Majo and Mapi Sanchez Alayeto continue to lead the standings with 13 030 points, overtaking Gemma Triay and Lucia Sainz from 2 825 points.
  • Marta Ortega and Ariana Sanchez, having reached their second final of the year, they have 800 points ahead of Patty Llaguno and Eli Amatriain, and remain on the third step of the podium.
  • The best advance in the ranking is for Sofia Araujo, Virginia Riera and Veronica Virseda with a progression of 7 places in the ranking.
