Like every week after a tournament Premier Padel, the men's and women's world rankings have evolved, with some nice surprises! The Greenweez Paris Major, which brought in a total of 2.000 point for the winners, was able to bring some precious marbles for some players.

The top 20 changes among men

From first to tenth place there was no change, althoughAgustin Tapia continues to distance Ale Galan, now accumulating 2.304 points of difference with the Spaniard.

On the other hand, it moved from 11th to 20th place. Fernando Belasteguin continues to fall in the rankings, losing one place to Jon sanz. King Bela is now in 14th place.

His former teammate also lost a place in the ranking. Juan Tello, eliminated by Coello / Tapia in Paris, is now 18th.

The Argentinian had better be careful because two players are coming back strongly at the back. Lucas Bergamini (19e) and paul cardona (20th) have both gained a place in the world ranking… and are only 200 points behind Gato Tello...

Several changes in women

On the women's side, there was movement in the leading pack. Indeed, Delfi Brea exceeded Claudia fernandez in the ranking. The failure of the Triay / Fernandez pair in the quarter-finals and the final of Ustero / Brea has obviously redistributed the cards. Consequently, Delfi regains her place of 4th in the world, just a few days after having left it.

The semi-final of Jessica castello et Alejandra Salazar allowed them to move up two places each in the rankings this week. Jessica Castello now sits at 8th and Ale Salazar at 12th.

For his return to competition, Tamara Icardo was unfortunately unable to maintain its place in the ranking, overtaken by Andrea Ustero, finalist of the Greenweez Paris Major with Delfi Brea. The Spaniard now occupies the 18th place in the world. Andrea Ustero is now 16th in the world.

Gwenaelle Souyri

It was her brother who one day told her to accompany him to a padel court, since then, Gwenaëlle has never left the court. Except when it comes to going to watch the retransmission of Padel Magazine, World Padel Tour… or Premier Padel…or the French Championships. In short, she is a fan of this sport.
