The circuit Premier Padel is about to witness the long-awaited return of the world's best pairs. Indeed, after more than a month of absence for a large part of the world's Top 100, (massive absence of the P2 tournaments in Gijón and Cancún), we will find the main headliners of the circuit during the P1 Miami (under the direction of Fernando Belasteguín) and the P1 of Santiago.

Le P1 Miami, which will take place from March 18 to 23 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, is the first tournament of Premier Padel organized in the United States. The first four seeds: Arturo Coello (1) / Augustin Tapia (1), Frederico Chingotto (4) / Alejandro Galan (3), Franco Stupaczuk (5) / Juan Lebron (8) (who have just won the Cancun P2 final), and Miguel Yanguas (7) / Jorge Nieto (9), will enter the tournament directly in the round of 16, while the pairs ranked 5th to 16th will receive a bye and begin in the second round. As a reminder, the last tournament where all these teams faced each other dates back to the Riyadh Season P1.
Le P1 of Santiago, meanwhile, will be held from March 25 to 30, on the grounds of the San Carlos de Apoquindo stadium in Las Condes, Chile, and will also witness the participation of the best players on the circuit.

On the women's circuit we will find the pairs: Ariana Sanchez (1) / Paula Jose Maria (1), Gemma Triay (3) / Delfina Brea (5), Claudia Fernandez (4) / Beatriz Gonzalez (6), et Marta Ortega (7) / Sofia Araujo (8), among other players, in both tournaments.

At the end of these two tournaments which will close the month of March, it will be an opportunity to draw up an initial assessment of the start of the year.
Does the return of the best players mean the end of the controversy with the P2? Certainly not.
As long as the refusal of the main professional players to play P2 tournaments remains in force, the composition of these tournaments, whose participation remains optional, will suffer the same fate as the P2 tournaments in Cancun and Gijón. The return of the 2024 draw format, starting with the P1 tournament in Santiago, and the implementation of clear regulations from the FIP could nevertheless moderate the revolt of the circuit players. As a reminder, the Professional Padel Association (PPA) has also requested, in the interests of fairness (in terms of the player ranking table), the cancellation of the Cancún P2 tournament. As such, points earned in this tournament could be withdrawn from all participants.
