Bastien Blanqué and Dylan Guichard got their tournament off to a perfect start, dispatching a local wildcard player 6-2, 6-0 in their first round match. Now it's time for...  any other challenge  facing a solid and higher-ranked pair.

Opposed to  Marc Quilez and Federico Mourino As the second seed in qualifying, the French will not be favorites. Both opponents play in the  world top 80 , with more experience at this level.
