At the  Women   quarter finals  have just ended at  Riyadh P1  organized in  Saudi Arabia  the  heads of series  held their rank.

The quarter-finals were played on  two days  because of rain that fell on Riyadh. On court 1,  Fernandez/Gonzalez  (Ts3) didn't waste any time, easily winning in two sets against  Goenaga / Caldera  : 6/2 6/0.

On the center court,  Brea/Tria y (Ts2) got rid of the pair  Sainz/Llaguno  (Ts5) in two sets: 6/4 6/3. The match was more closely fought with almost 1h40 to decide the  two teams .

Still on the central court, the pair  Sanchez / Josemaria  (Ts1) faced  Icardo/Jensen  (Ts8). They qualify for the semi-finals thanks to their  victory  in two sets: 6/3 6/1.

To finish on court 1, for the last quarter-final,  Canovas/Velasco  challenged  Ortega/Araujo  (Ts4). After a first set concluded quickly 6/1, the second set was tighter: 7/5. This victory of the Portuguese Araujo, will put a smile back on Cristiano Ronaldo's face after the defeat of the Deus brothers, in the men's category.
