Tennis Club & Padel d'Ozoir-la-Ferrière offered this weekend the regional phases of the French championships of padel 2017 of the Seine et Marne league.

Fréderic BURELLI / Cyril THEUNYNCK and Anne Charlotte BIGOT / Céline ARNAUD have logically won these regional phases.

Competition summary

A table consisting of 4 seeded players who each faced the first of 4 hens.
In total this tournament has gathered 20 teams, 2 times more than for the first edition.

High quality games that saw the final victory, for the second consecutive year of the pair Claye Souilly, Fréderic BURELLI and Cyril THEUNYNCK.

They came to the end of the pair of Lesigny club, Yann HERVE and Raphael THERET 6 / 4 - 6 / 4

In the small final, BRIOUDE - COGNART of the Bois le Roi club beat Nicolas MANACH and Antoine GAULARD.

A barbecue was offered by the Tennis League of Seine et Marne to all players and supporters present.

The awards ceremony was attended by Marie Thérèse ALCARAS secretary general of the league and Philippe CHOLLET, president of the Tennis Club & Padel from Ozoir.

In women, we had 3 teams that battled in a pool.

The winners came out: Anne Charlotte BIGOT and Coline ARNOULD from the club Montereau Fault Yonne, in front of Claire DOMEON and Blandine BLAQUIERE of Fontainebleau also and finally Sophie LECOINTRE and Valérie DAFA VIVIER of the club of Brie Comte Robert.

A few words on the development of padel

Finally a few words on the development of Padel within the Seine et Marne.

After the Club d'Ozoir-la-Ferrière, we had the installation of a Padel in the Germigny l'Evesque club, in the north of the department.

Two Padel semi-covered are being installed at the Lesigny club. They will be operational around mid July.

We also have several other projects in different clubs in the department.

Le Padel has a bright future ahead of him in Seine et Marne.
