Should I wear shells to the padel?

In recent weeks, we have heard more and more players and paddle clubs in Spain wonder if we should not have to wear shells to protect ourselves from our awkwardness.

Indeed, the target players are especially amateur players who do not necessarily control their strength against players who do not always place themselves very well.

Review: In some amateur competitions, we see players twisted with pain because of a smash received in the private parts. And we can testify that it hurts a lot. Sometimes, it takes the intervention of a doctor and several days to fully recover from the incident.

We reassure you, it remains at the margin, but when you see that even professionals can wring pain, it makes you think!
