They formed one of the pairs the promising French padel players between 2021 and 2023. Separated by career choices and distance, Simon Wagner et Yanis Muesser have finally decided to reform their duo punctually this year. A successful comeback, both in France as well as on the international circuit.
A Strasbourg duo who left their mark on their era
Between 2021 and 2023, Simon and Yanis had built a solid reputation on the French circuit. Their complicity and consistency had allowed them to accumulate great performances, even reaching the point of being titled in P1000. Indeed, they had won their first P1000 together in 2023 at 4Padel Strasbourg who was their club at the time against two more than confirmed players: Maxime Forcin and Yann Auradou.
But the departure of Simon Wagner in Bordeaux , to integrate Big padel as a player and teacher, had ended this association. For his part, Yanis Muesser remained in Alsace , continuing his coaching training and playing career.
A winning return to France
This season, the two Alsatians met again on the occasion of the P1000 from Besançon A return marked by a victory, acquired at the end of a tight final won 7/5 4/6 6/3 face Groll / Garcia A performance that reminded everyone of the effectiveness of this historic pair, still undefeated in France this year after this only tournament played.

A conclusive international test
Simon Wagner and Yanis Muesser also tried their luck together on the FIP circuit, on the occasion of the FIP Silver from Koksijde in Belgium. After a good run, they lost in the round of 16 against a formidable pair: the Argentinian Ramiro Moyano (former world top 20, now 88th) and the Spaniard Francisco Cabeza Teres (46th in the world and a true revelation of the year 2025). A rather narrow defeat with a score of 6/4 6/3, without regrets, given the high level of their opponents.
Heading for G's P1000Padel
We will find the Strasbourg pair of 5 7 in September for the P1000 of the GPadel , complex founded by the former international footballer Kevin Gameiro . In his club, where he holds the position of head coach, Yanis Muesser will be keen to shine at home with his long-time partner.
Goal : maintain their invincibility in France and confirm that they still have a lot to contribute together.
