New concept of racket center, SkinUp Academy develops the practice of tennis, padel and pickleball on 15 groundsThe pilot center for this new concept is based in Azay-le-Rideau (37).
As part of the opening of the padel sections (2 indoor + 2 outdoor coming soon) and pickleball (4 outdoor + 16 indoor), the center is looking for a padel & pickleball activities manager.
You will ensure the animation and management of padel & pickleball activities and, more generally, you will commercially develop the center's activity to optimize profitability.

Mission
- Individual and group lessons. Setting up the padel school & pickleball school.
- Organization of tournaments, competitions, training courses, birthdays/corporate events.
- Customer reception, tournament activities, social networks, competitions, clinic, showtime.
- Animation and management of the pro-shop, relations with the ambassador clubs of the SkinUp Pickleball brand.
- Monitor the proper maintenance of the site, clubhouse, changing rooms and playing areas, participate in the proper maintenance of the infrastructure by example.
Profile
- Appetite for the practice, teaching and development of padel & pickleball.
- Bac +3 / Bac +5 in the sports field.
- DFP, DFMP trainer, sports educator.
- Rigorous, enthusiastic, dynamic and communicative.
- Good level of English required.
