SkinUp Academy is recruiting a coach Padel Pickleball in Azay-le-Rideau

The SkinUp Academy, located in Azay-le-Rideau in Indre-et-Loire (37), is recruiting a coach Padel & Pickleball to support the development of its activities. The position is open under different statuses – permanent contract, fixed-term contract or freelance – full-time or part-time depending on the profile.

A center dedicated to sports, health and performance, SkinUp Academy has facilities dedicated to well-being, physical preparation and racket sports.

Missions

Reporting to the sporting director, the coach's responsibilities will include:

to provide individual and group padel and pickleball lessons, from initiation to competition;
to supervise different audiences: adults, young people and businesses;
organize internal tournaments, training courses, Americano events, evenings and pickleball introductions;
participate in the development and retention of the club community;
contribute to boosting bookings and recruiting new players;
ensure the good condition of the grounds and teaching equipment as well as compliance with safety rules.

The profile we want

SkinUp Academy is looking for a candidate with a qualification allowing them to teach sports in France: DE / DES JEPS Tennis or Padel, CQP ET PadelBPJEPS APT or equivalent.

Experience teaching padel is required. Prior experience or proficiency in pickleball is a plus, but in-house training may be considered.

The academy is also looking for an independent, dynamic, pedagogical profile capable of proposing new formats for courses and events.
