Founded in 2018, SPASH is a young French company whose mission is to reinvent the padel experience through technology. From the outset, the company has focused on placing the player and the emotion at the heart of its system, while building a clearly model B2B Intended for clubs. Its ambition? To create tools that strengthen the bond between players and their playing space, based on fun, accessible, and effective solutions.
SPASH, innovation at the service of gaming

Le Match Analyzer, SPASH's flagship technology, embodies this promise: an intelligent solution capable of filming, analyzing and reproducing a padel match with actionable data for players, coaches... and above all, clubs. Developed over several years through various technological iterations, the system is finally reaching maturity and is now the subject of a official launch, organized where it all began: at the Esprit club Padel in Saint-Priest, a long-standing partner of SPASH.
A symbolic launch at Esprit Padel, a pioneering technology club
Mind PadelLed by Sébastien Cornet, opened its doors in 2018 in the east of Lyon. Comprising eight indoor courts, a restaurant, and modern facilities, the club quickly established itself as a national benchmark. It was also one of the very first to believe in the potential of SPASH, hosting the first technological tests in 2019.

“What I found interesting about this idea of filming matches and being able to share them is that the club continues to exist even after the two hours of play. When a player shares a video of his par 3, or a bowl from his friend, it creates continuity, a desire to come back,” explains Sébastien Cornet. In his eyes, the banter, the conviviality and the pleasure of the game are inseparable from the padel experience, and this is precisely what SPASH has been able to capture.
A mature technology, born from a long iteration process
Le Match Analyzer is not a product that appeared overnight. As explained Tristan Vernay, president of SPASH, the idea has been part of the company's DNA since the beginning. "We started developing it in 2019, then in 2020. Each time, we learned from our technological mistakes. It wasn't until 2022, with the new AI versions, that we finally found the right formula, consolidated in early 2024," he explains.
The final product today is both robust and fluid, with an availability rate greater than 99%. It has already analyzed more than 1000 matches in France and ItalyThe great strength of the process: offering both immediate analysis, via a hot debrief on screen, but also deferred analysis via an application where you can find your personal statistics.
A tool designed for clubs, but which goes through the player
Although SPASH clearly defines itself as a B2B company, the player remains the key vector of adoptionThe experience is designed to be fun. To launch Match Analyzer, you have to touch a string of lights that starts recording. As soon as you leave the field, the highlights are already available, with the added bonus of titles like “Little Defender” or “King of Movement”, directly inspired by the world of video games (Rocket League and FIFA served as models).

Behind this gamified layer, the system integrates a valuable back office for club managers : player tracking, statistics, key videos, social media engagement, etc. The coach, too, finds what he's looking for. Match Analyzer doesn't replace his analysis, but the tool makes it easier a targeted intervention on specific points, without spending an hour in front of a screen. "The goal is to give the coach a small palette, a clue to trigger a lesson afterwards," explains Tristan Vernay.
A phased adoption strategy
At Esprit Padel, the official launch of the Match Analyzer has already been anticipated. As a test center, the club has organized demonstrations for players, already generating strong demand. The idea is to offer one month free trial, before integrating technology as a premium service on certain grounds"We're looking at an additional cost of around €1 per player to offset the investment. But we also know that this system will encourage players to stay a little longer, to consume a little more, and above all, to come back," explains Sébastien Cornet.

The equation is clear: the Match Analyzer allows you to extend the club experience, to create a bond, and therefore strengthen player loyalty, insists Tristan Vernay. "The important thing is that players take ownership of the tool. If they do, the added value is obvious."
A real roadmap for future versions
SPASH does not intend to stop there. While the product is now commercialized, the team is already working on the next developmentsWithout revealing everything, Tristan Vernay announces a first upcoming feature: automated suggestion of matches between teams of similar level, based on the data collected. A way to go even further in the personalization of the experience, but also to strengthen community dynamics and the notion of conviviality around padel.
A new era for padel clubs
With Match Analyzer, SPASH takes a decisive step in the intelligent digitalization of padel. This official launch at Mind Padel Saint-Priest, a pioneering club and historic partner, marks the beginning of a new era for clubs wishing to differentiate themselves. At the crossroads of video games, sports and technology, SPASH offers a complete, scalable and above all deeply human tool, designed to create memories, connections... and fun.
