The duration of the Starvie warranty

The product warranty is valid during the first 6 months following the date of sale. This is considered to be a sufficient period of time for a manufacturing defect to appear. Once this period has elapsed, you must demonstrate that the defect in the racket results from a manufacturing defect and is valid for a period of maximum duration of two years, which is really a lot for a pala!

What are the conditions of this guarantee?

For a pala to be taken into account in the warranty procedure, it must have a defect that prevents its correct use in its entirety or in one of its components. Defects which are visually perceptible can also be considered as such. from the moment of its manufacture.

This means that all the defects which are proven to have their origin in the manufacture of the racquet of padel herself will be accepted under warranty.

Of course, if the deterioration is due to improper use on your part, you will not receive any compensation.

What to do if you bought a Starvie product in store

First of all, you need to go in the store where you bought your racquet padel with the receipt. It is the store that will contact the StarVie warranty service, who will process, if accepted, the warranty with the brand's technical service and give an answer directly to the store.

What to do if you purchased a Starvie product online

If the product was purchased from the official StarVie website, you must write an email to warranty service via the address Garantias@starvie.com reporting the incident and describing the problem with the racquet. You must include the following information in the same email : a general photo, to check the general condition of the racket or if it has undergone any modifications; and another image of the specific fault to try to make an initial assessment of damage or defects, as well as the web order number, the date of purchase and the number series of the pala.

The guarantees department will respond to inform you of the procedure to follow once the data has been examined.

Once the pala has been examined, what happens?

Once the warranty department has examined the racket, they will proceed to:

  • repairs : the technical service will repair the racket if possible and it will be returned to you.
  • at replacement : the pala is replaced by a new one. The same item is always returned, and it is not possible to exchange it for another. If there is no more stock because it is an item from previous seasons, it will be replaced by the new item or by an equivalent item in the characteristics available.
  • on rejection: after examining the defect, the technical service determines that the product does not present a manufacturing defect and that it cannot be exchanged or repaired. In this case, the original product will be returned to the customer. If the customer is not satisfied and wants a second evaluation of the product, then the shipping costs will be at their expense.
