We have voluntarily joined the pectoral muscles to the shoulder muscles. To stretch them, place your hand flat on a wall, at shoulder height, fingers pointing backwards. Project your body forward.
This stretch is known to everyone. To stretch the upper part of the shoulder, place your free hand on the elbow of the arm to be stretched, and pull towards you.
This stretch is not proposed by Alejandra but it is very interesting for padel players. Place your arm hand to stretch, outside face on your lumbar. With your free hand, grab the elbow of the arm to be stretched, and while leaving your hand flat on the back, pull the elbow forward.
