La Sweden has not finished surprising us. After rooftop courts, creation of a 100% padel media, Padel Zenter by Zlatan Ibrahimovic, it is today one of the biggest clubs in the world which opens its doors.

Located not far from Jönköping, the tenth Swedish city, Padel Panorama inaugurated one of the largest padel centers in the world with the spectacular figure of 23 indoor courts (21 normal, and 2 padel singles).

The second particularity of these tracks is that they will all be made up of panoramic windows, very pleasant when playing padel.

A group of enthusiasts decided to invest in the development of padel, in a country where the “pala” has been made very visible by Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the country's greatest public figure.

A boom, a real one

Manu Garcia told us: “We have been promised a boom in padel in France for years, but it is not happening,”. In any case, this boom has happened in Sweden.

“The development here is spectacular. This year, nearly 700 unique players have booked a padel court. This represents 7% of our population. Sport is growing, and one of our priorities at Padel Panorama will be to ensure that children start playing padel.” tells me one of the founders of Padel Panorama.

The Swedish situation testifies to theattractiveness of padel, and it proves that with increased visibility and notoriety, padel can become one of the leading sports in all territories, including France.
