Tennis Padel Saint-Astier (TPSA), located in the Dordogne region just 15 minutes from Périgueux and an hour from Bordeaux, is looking for a padel instructor for next season. In a club where nearly 90% of members play padel, this opportunity reflects the club's growth and investment in the sport. 

With  320 members including  290 regular padel players TPSA is continuing its development and wishes to strengthen its sports management team to support the growth of the activity. The position offered in  liberal cooperation  addressed to a tenured teacher  TFP Padel  or  DFMP , eager to get involved in an ambitious sporting project within a structure known for its friendly atmosphere.

A rapidly expanding padel club

Installed at  Saint-astier , a municipality of nearly  6 000 people  at the heart of a catchment area of ​​more than  20 000 people , the  Tennis Padel Saint-astier  today has numerous infrastructures:

  •  6 padel courts including  2 seats 
  •  1 FFT-approved pickleball court 
  •  1 outdoor lit tennis court 
  •  1 clay tennis court 
  •  Club house 
  •  Terrace 
  •  Petanque ground 

The club also relies on a team made up of around twenty volunteer managers, many active members, a padel coach and a tennis instructor.

The development doesn't stop there. The TPSA plans, in particular, to  to cover two additional padel courts as well as its tennis court , thus confirming its commitment to investing sustainably in its infrastructure.

A variety of roles at the heart of club life

The future  padel teacher  will actively participate in the club's sporting activities.

Among the proposed missions:

  • Supervision and facilitation of  group lessons  (enter  25 and 30 hours per week )
  • Realisation of  individual courses 
  • Organization  padel courses 
  • Development of actions with the  schools, leisure centers and businesses 
  • Participation in the organization of  approved tournaments 
  • Contribution to  club events and activities 
  • Support and retention of members
  • Involvement in the TPSA's community life and family atmosphere

Each season, the club organizes approximately  40 approved tournaments , of which about twenty are directly managed by the teacher.
