Many people from Lyon of the All In Padel Academy who traveled to Dubai for the FIP Star. Johan Bergeron take the opportunity to tell us about his projects.

Expand All In Padel in other cities

“Our ambition is to develop All In Padel throughout France with high-end centers. In addition to the first center All In Padel at OL Vallée in Lyon, we are in the process of buying the Hub Padel in Grasse to join the All In Tennis on the Paoute site. There are currently 3 outdoor tracks, but we have plans to add more to double or even triple the number of tracks. ”

"For the moment we are waiting for the government to open the Lyon site. We are ready and eager to see customers experience this magnificent center. We are already working on other development projects ”

All In Padel Academy: already a solid group!

“My goal is to develop a high level academy of padel in France. We are already working on bridges to be put in place before arriving at this academy. We have created a training group with motivated players. ”

“We already have 11 players who train 2-3 times a week. We are lucky to have in this group 2 multiple French champions, 3 TOP 35 players and 2 French TOP 15 players. I would also like to thank the Dardilly Champagne Tennis Club for providing us with its outdoor tracks in order to respect the health protocol. ”

Create a group spirit

“I want to instill a team spirit right now, going to tournaments together for example. I'm happy with the start of this group because there were 3 of us playing the Rome FIP and we are 7 players of the All In Padel Academy to play Dubai FIP. They have all been together since last Sunday to train and do activities together. It's a sign that the group is living well!

Unfortunately with the restrictions due to the Covid, we will not be able to coach the players. It is only partly postponed because it is one of our objectives.

Projects for the future, including developing competition for young people

“In the future, I want to develop competition for young people, because it is very important that we give young people what they like: to train to play competitively. There are already the World Championships and I saw that the FIP was embarking on a European circuit for young people. It's a good start, but it's up to us in France to create a circuit! ”
