Yes : Used to changing your grip in tennis, you can then try to slightly modify your racket grip in padel in three cases:
- defending a very low ball at the bottom of the course
- by wanting to play a lifted ball that will fall in the feet of opponents positioned at the net
- by performing a smash by 3
