Portugal continue with domestic competition with La Liga Kia Niro PadelBox.

It brings together 932 players for more than 1600 matches played until April 1er, date at which the new champions of each category will be known.

Organized by the young Portuguese company PadelBox, this competition was born 4 years ago.

In Spain, the capital of padel, no other pair competition achieves these numbers. This is all the more remarkable as Portugal only has 1% of the total number of Spanish players.

This amateur league is one of the main boosters in the development of padel in Portugal. It hosts 34 clubs from Lisbon, Porto, Algarve, Evora and Cascais, with a national Masters. Women make up a third of the total players.

Rui Pimenta, founder and CEO of PadelBox, underlines:

socialization and the development of his game. PadelBox is based on a system conceptualized and developed in Portugal.
