Yes, the World Padel Championship begins in a few days, but life goes on in France, with a crazy week in particular with the National Padel Series, a tour of 3 major padel tournaments in the south of France around the International Center of Cap d'Agde during the National Tennis Cup / National Padel Cup
This weekend is the Padel Club de la Vière which will offer a men's P1000 and a ladies' P500.
Among the men, a large field with in particular the recent winner of the P1000 Open from Padel Attitude, Julien Maigret / Yann Auradou and the Spanish pair Aitor Garcia / José Luis Lara Salines. On paper, the Spanish pair seem the big favorite of the competition. But Bourgoin / Peyrou, already author of a formidable journey in Paris, could well try to create the feat in a possible semi-final against the Spaniards.
In the ladies, the Ligi / Vandaele pair will be the favorite of the competition. At the gates of the France team, they will have to look at the France team from a distance and show that they are the bosses when the top 5 is not there.
As a reminder, from Monday it will be the turn of Béziers Padel Club and finally at the Cape Town International Tennis Center with its major events including the finals of the National Padel Cup at Cap d'Agde from next Thursday.
