The SUZANNE LENGLEN STADIUM in Paris 15 tries to obtain its 2 pitches of padel since 2016 without success. Tennis Paris XV has nevertheless done the necessary by offering the City of Paris a space ready to welcome these padel.

Tennis Paris XV wanted to transform one of its tennis courts, court 10 into 2 padel. Ground 10 is in fact placed “below” the club's two semi-covered tennis courts.

In addition, this ground is away from the 2 tennis courts. The configuration of this 10 tennis court seems to be perfect for the placement of these two courts of padel.

There is even enough space to allow the players, well the best of them, to leave the field thanks to the spaces available on the sides of Padel.

But for the moment the town hall of the 15th district has not retained this project because another project seems to be a priority: The creation of two gymnasiums. The town hall of the 15th district has already anticipated the establishment of another padel which should open its doors in 2020: The draft padel Castagnary street.

For the moment, the Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports (DJS) at the Suzanne-Lenglen sports center will not authorize the setting up of these two padel. But the padel is developing so much that the City of Paris could review some of its old analyzes.

A project could thus be proposed to the City of Paris before March 2019 for the establishment of a club of padel - Paris 15 in 2020.
