Fede Chingotto has been one of the best players in the world for a few seasons, but we have the impression that he has entered another dimension in 2024. An impression which can be explained thanks to the analysis of Padel Intelligence.
Chingotto in attack mode
Since its association with Ale Galan , the Argentine has made three consecutive finals in three tournaments. The new formation “Chingalan” is currently on a great streak of 13 consecutive victories after the titles at Brussels P2 and Seville P2. Currently in the semi-final of the P2 of Asunción, the team is already positioned as a contender for the throne of the circuit Premier Padel. To understand the magic of this formula, we will look at the evolution of Fede Chingotto's game.

This graph clearly shows the emergence of the Argentinian's offensive game. Despite his defensive profile, he follows his partner's guideline to weigh in attack. This translates into interesting figures: we notice that he exceeds his average of 4% of winning shots in Brussels and Seville, two tournaments which resulted in trophies.
The dotted line clearly shows the constant increase in winning points scored by Chingotto, now above 4%. Moreover, he maintains this state of mind in Asunción and we see that “Chingalan” easily qualified again for the last four.
The “Super Raton” does nothing
This graphic also illustrates why Fede Chingotto is one of the best – if not the best – defenders in the world. Already known for not giving many points to these opponents, the “Super Raton” is in the process of purifying his game to an unrivaled level. We can see that the orange curve symbolizing unforced errors is decreasing since P2 of Puerto Cabello.
Thanks to his performances in Belgium and Andalusia, the Argentinian increased his average of unforced errors from 3% to almost 1%. Suffice to say that seeing a mistake from the native of Buenos Aires is becoming as rare as witnessing a solar eclipse!
These two ingredients combined at the same time make Fede Chingotto a formidable player when combined with the firepower of a bomber like Ale Galan. We understand better why “Chingalan” has only one defeat in 18 matches played on the circuit Premier Padel...
