Excellent news for all tennis licensees and affiliated disciplines! The French Standardization Association (AFNOR) awarded the “Qualiopi” certification to the Tennis Training Institute (LIFT) launched in January 2021.

Training development

Authorized by the State, “Qualiopi” is a label which aims to certify the quality of training organizations. So far, only 20% of them have obtained this certification. The LIFT aims, according to the communicated of the French Tennis Federation of “Offer, to all actresses and actors in the world of tennis, paratennis, beach tennis, padel and short palm, a tailor-made initial or continuing training offer, accessible to as many people as possible and available in all metropolitan and overseas territories ”.

Thus, the 10.000 registered on the platform made it possible, according to official figures, to provide 40.000 hours of training and to accommodate more than 250 people in Apprentice Training Centers (CFA), an increase of 300% per year. compared to 2019!

A new institutional framework for padel

The pandemic has encouraged the creation of face-to-face but also remote training. The sporteef.com platform is therefore dedicated to teleworking learning and has undergone a facelift to adapt to this new demand, in particular as regards the teaching of the federal universe and the training of refereeing. tennis and padel.

In addition to the exercise bank called Ten'up, the FFT, which has just elected Gilles Moretton as new president, relies on LIFT to step up its policy of combating violence and sexual abuse, in particular through the “protection of minors: prevent, detect and alert” program.

Thanks to this “Qualiopi” certification valid until December 2024, the padel benefits from an additional institutional framework to establish a lasting presence in France and respond to a growing supply.
