Au padel, like in any other sport, there are rules. However, there are some that we do not necessarily know. Here are 7 of them.

The professional circuit of World Padel Tour invites us to discover several rules of the game that we do not necessarily know because we are rarely confronted with these situations. But be aware that the arbitrators have looked at all cases in order to propose a settlement that is as complete as possible.

1- If the strap of a pala is cut during an exchange, the player will automatically lose the point

2- When the game is played outside the track, and a player prevents involuntarily the return of the ball on the ground, it will be applied a LET

3- If a player voluntarily interposes on the trajectory of the ball played from outside the track, he will lose the point and may receive disciplinary action (warning)

4- Players are prohibited from physically “touching” the opposing camp, objects or players. If this is the case they will lose the point. There is an exception; if the opponents intentionally seek to hinder a hit and are hit, then the point will be awarded

5- If a player has to leave the track during a point, he must return to his position as quickly as possible and do not delay outside

6- A ball bouncing off the angle formed by the floor and the door frame is considered to be “out”

7- Players are forbidden to touch the outside of the track, except for the door frame on their side of the game
