The ranking was frozen since April 2020. Storm Filomena blocks Spain but not the Ranking World Padel Tour which will officially resume in 2021.

Due to the pandemic, the official classification of the professional circuit of padel had been suspended, replaced temporarily by the Race 2020 which only took into account the points obtained during the calendar year. From this month of January, thehe “classic” system regains its rights, with points to defend according to the 11 tournaments played in 2020, as well as the 6 best results in 2019 for men and 5 for women.

According to the World Padel Tour, once the points for 2019 have been deducted, the Ranking will regain its traditional form taking into account the results of 2020. A return to normality after several months of uncertainties.
