Present at FIP Silver Narbonne not as a player, but as a representative of French Padel Shop , premium partner of the tournament organized at Silk Sets Padel Narbonne (and Bordeaux P2), Thibault Verdier has chosen to put his sporting career on hold for the duration of an event that is important for his company.
Since last December, the French circuit player has held the position of Sales Director France of French Padel Shop. A new adventure that takes him to clubs across France to develop an offer for padel professionals.
At the microphone Mario Cordero He reflects on his new role and the ambitions of French Padel Shop and its sporting future.
“I wanted to be 100% committed to French Padel Shop "
Why aren't you participating in the FIP Silver Narbonne?
Simply because I wanted to be completely available for French Padel Shop during this tournament.
I prefer to be 100% involved in representing the brand at this event rather than trying to do both at the same time. The tournament is important to us, and I wanted to be fully focused on that aspect.
"Since December, I have been the sales director for France."
What exactly is your role today at French? Padel Shop?
Since December, I have been commercial director for all of France.
My job is to represent the image of French Padel Shop, developing our presence in the region and supporting clubs in their projects. It's a role I really enjoy because it allows me to stay in the world of padel while discovering another facet of the sector.

"We want to simplify life for clubs."
What solution do you propose for padel clubs?
The idea is quite simple: we have a large stock that we make available to clubs.
The goal is to spare them the usual constraints associated with ordering and managing equipment. They have access to all brands, without pre-ordering, without unnecessarily tying up cash, and without any hassle.
This allows them to focus on their core business, namely the development of their activity and the satisfaction of their members.
"Everything is completely custom-made."
Are clubs required to carry all brands?
Not at all.
This is precisely one of the great advantages of our solution. Each club chooses exactly what it wants to offer in its pro shop.
If he only wants certain brands or specific models, it's up to him. We truly work on a bespoke basis.
My role is first and foremost to support them and ensure that they never feel alone in their choices.
"Delivery within 24 to 48 hours"
In practical terms, how does the service work?
If a club wishes to order a product from our website, we can usually deliver it within 24 to 48 hours .
We also have a very efficient after-sales service thanks to our teams based in Perpignan who work all year round to support our partners.
This responsiveness is an essential element for clubs that want to respond quickly to the demands of their players.
"Our ambassadors perfectly represent the brand."
The FIP Silver Narbonne is also an opportunity for French Padel Shop to support several partner players.
These include, in particular, Timeo Fonteny et Yoan Boronad , two major brand ambassadors.
“We are very happy to see them playing together in this tournament. They are doing a remarkable job and perfectly represent the values of French Padel Shop.
Their presence is all the more anticipated as they are playing almost at home, Narbonne being only about thirty minutes from Perpignan.
"I hope there will be a lot of people there to support them. It's always nice to see local players competing in front of their home crowd."
"I'm going to focus on the P1000s."
And in terms of sports, what are your goals?
Today, my priority clearly remains my professional activity.
We have a lot of work to do and I'm completely thriving in this adventure with French Padel Shop.
That doesn't mean I'm stopping playing. I'll continue to participate in some competitions, mainly... P1000 , because I still love competition.
But the main objective is to have fun and continue to represent the brand in French tournaments.
